President & CEO Mark WilsonI have been serving customers in the disaster restoration field since 1996. In fact, I have been in this field of work at every level: first as a technician, then a manager and now an owner. Through this process, I am pleased that I can now pass on a true world of experience and training on to my customers and employees. I really enjoy what I do and can’t imagine doing anything else. It may sound strange for a businessman to say this, but if I didn’t have to make a living I would do this for free: the reason is that I have seen firsthand how we can make a positive difference in someone’s life. I truly believe in the power of our services: simply put, we help people who need us immediately at one of the worst points in their lives. I can tell you that it is deeply satisfying to comfort those who have suffered a terrific loss and help make it right for them. This work is not for everyone. Your problems are our problems, period. I believe we are one of the best, if not the best in not only performing the actual restoration work, but more importantly in client relations, confidence and trust. I sincerely look forward to serving the community in times of need in the areas of water, sewage, mold, smoke and fire damage restoration and mitigation, for years to come.
