The Tri State Restorations team were called out because the lower level’s wall and carpet were saturated by an unknown source and needed to be mitigated.
We coordinated with a local plumber to find and repair the leak’s source, which was hidden behind a layer of cabinetry and tile on the floor above, behind kitchen cabinets.
