New Year – New Challenges – 2020 Reflections

Dear Family, Friends, Colleagues and Customers,
This year has been challenging to say the least and it’s end seems to have not come soon enough. As I reflect on everything we’ve endured together, I find hope in the resilience of our communities and the kindness many have shown in 2020, despite facing some of the hardest times of our lives.

Although we grieve for those affected by this pandemic, we are proud and grateful for the opportunity to serve others through these difficult times. TSR looks forward to continue helping our community with the disasters they face in their homes and businesses. We have taken great steps to ensure the safety of our clients through extensive training in infectious disease, blood borne pathogens and other infectious agents. We are committed to maintaining the highest standard of personal protection, rival to any urgent care or hospital. Simply put, your safety and ours matters!

Not unlike the communities we serve, as a company during this pandemic, we have faced many challenges. In 2020, Tri State Restorations adapted to become more customer service focused with an emphasis on safety and training. We’ve worked to to meet social distancing challenges by providing our clients with additional value through digital sources like our monthly Virtual Coffee Break education series, resource guides and giveaways. Our community initiatives have played a big role as well and include giving back to those facing hardship through our #TSRGIVESBACK food and toy drive and supporting social injustice causes. Now is the time that we should all rise above to support and help each other, that’s why I plan to continue support of these causes in 2021.

We want to thank everyone for their support of Tri State Restorations in 2020. Though it was challenging, we were able to keep our entire staff together without reduction of hours or wages. In fact, because I strongly believe that you cannot have a successful organization without a solid team or vision, we even increased wages and added team members. I am extremely thankful to my team for their continued hard work and dedication.

Looking forward to continue Turning Disaster into Peace of Mind® for our community in 2021. Wishing everyone a safe, healthy and prosperous New Year!

Yours Truly,
Mark Wilson, CEO/President
Tri State Restorations
