(Nov 11, 2025) — Tri State Restorations proudly announces that Adrianne Gracias, Director of Marketing and Communications, has been named the 2025 President’s Choice Award recipient by the Property Management Association (PMA). The honor was presented by 2025 PMA President Lewis Shapiro during the association’s annual awards ceremony, Thursday, November 6, 2025.
The President’s Choice Award is one of PMA’s highest honors, recognizing individuals who go above and beyond in service, leadership, and lasting contributions to the association and its members.
Gracias serves as Vice Chair of the PMEXPO Committee, working alongside Committee Chair, Chris Wilmont of Gates Hudson, to revitalize and modernize the association’s flagship event. As PMEXPO celebrated its 50th anniversary, Gracias helped create an engaging and innovative experience that balanced tradition with forward-thinking programming — inspiring her peers and enhancing member value throughout the industry.
