On Saturday, Aug. 1, we had the pleasure of hosting more than 30 local plumbers and business owners for our annual Premier Referral Program (PRP) Diamond Fishing Trip aboard the Jessie Girl, led by Captain Paul on the Chesapeake Bay. The day was filled with beautiful weather, great company, plenty of laughter and a little friendly competition on the water.
As a family-owned and operated business, relationships have always been at the heart of everything we do. While our PRP was created to recognize the partners who consistently trust TSR to care for their clients, residents, properties and communities, this annual event is about much more than fishing. It is an opportunity to celebrate the friendships, loyalty and shared commitment that have grown over the years.
Many of the professionals who joined us have become much more than referral partners. They have become trusted friends and an extension of the TSR family. Taking time away from the demands of daily business to enjoy one another’s company is something we truly value, and we are grateful for every opportunity to strengthen those relationships.
